Deliveries
Delivery typically one to five business days after order has been placed.
Delivery Fee
West and Port-of Spain $30.00
Central $35.00
Arima & Couva $40.00
Point Fortin, Rio Claro and North areas $50.00 and up
Cash on Delivery (CAD) for orders under $300.00.
Bank transfer of the full amount must be made before delivery for orders over $300.00.
24 hours’ notice must be provided for a change in delivery date.
Pick up is available at West Mall at the discretion of the courier.
Exchanges and Refunds
The item/items must be returned within 5 business days from delivery date. There will be a $50.00 delivery/return fee to return the order. If the customer receives a damaged item, the return fee will be waived.
Items that are returned damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
Customers will be allowed to exchange the item or get store credit.
All items bought at a discounted price are final and there will be no exchange.
